Booking & passenger policies

Reservations & payment

Reservations are first come, first served. We cannot hold a bus without the agreed deposit. A $100 deposit is due, is credited toward your trip, and is nonrefundable for client cancellations under the booking agreement. An approved rescheduled date may use the original deposit. The remaining balance is due in cash when the bus arrives, before departure from the pickup location. We do not begin any party or trip until payment is received. Once payment is received, the party proceeds as scheduled, subject to the booking agreement. We do not accept check payments. A 30% gratuity of the base fare is preferred for the driver and is not included in the trip price; gratuity is optional.

Location, trip length & additional fees

We serve Louisiana, Mississippi, and beyond. Prices vary by location. Outside New Orleans, the minimum booking is 4 hours; prom and homecoming reservations have a 6-hour minimum. Pickups more than 30 minutes outside New Orleans carry a travel surcharge equal to the hourly rental rate. A 5% fuel surcharge applies to trips of 5 hours or less traveling more than 30 miles from pickup. Additional card payments after the initial deposit carry a 3% processing fee where applicable and lawful. All applicable fees, taxes, and minimum hours must be disclosed in your quote and agreed in writing before booking. Pickup time, drop-off time, and hours needed are recorded in your agreement. Extra time requires approval and incurs an additional fee at the agreed rate; delays do not extend the scheduled end time.

Passenger capacity & add-ons

The fare includes 30 guests; each approved guest above 30 is $10 extra. The maximum is the lower of 50 guests and the assigned bus’s verified capacity. One hookah is $100 and two are $200, with additional fees for extra time. Confirm all add-on arrangements and availability when booking.

Food, beverages & onboard conduct

Bringing food on the bus incurs an additional $50 fee.

Light food and beverages may be brought aboard. Ice, water, and cups are available by request. Follow driver instructions, remain seated while moving, use provided seat belts, and keep aisles and exits clear. Dancing and pole use are allowed only while parked with driver approval. The full agreement sets out the prohibited conduct and smoking rules; confirm any hookah arrangement separately before booking.

Alcohol & minors

Only guests age 21 or older may possess or consume alcohol under our policy, with Company approval and where lawful for the vehicle and route. No alcohol may be supplied to anyone under 21, and no glass containers are permitted. Minors require adult supervision and parent or legal guardian permission. The booking client collects permission from each family as explained on page 4 of the agreement.

Cleaning & damage

Clients are responsible for reasonable, documented costs for damage or theft caused by their group, excluding normal wear and preexisting damage. Vomit cleanup is $100 per occurrence. Any additional extraordinary cleaning costs require documentation and an itemized invoice, as set out in the agreement.

Personal belongings

Safeguard your belongings and check the bus before leaving. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged, left behind, or not recovered. Report missing items promptly; we will reasonably assist with items actually found. Recovery is not guaranteed.
