2. Deposit and cancellation The deposit is credited toward the reservation price and is nonrefundable when the Client cancels, except as required by law or as provided in section 5. Cancellation requests must be sent to the Company’s listed email or phone, with written confirmation. Rescheduling is subject to availability and written Company approval; the original deposit may be transferred to the approved replacement date. Any rate difference must be disclosed and accepted before rescheduling. No additional cancellation penalty applies unless separately agreed in writing before booking.

3. Payment A $100 nonrefundable deposit is due and credited toward the total price, subject to section 2. Deposits may be paid by Venmo, Apple Pay, cash, Cash App, Zelle, credit card, or PayPal, subject to availability. The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of the event, on arrival and before boarding or departure. A 30% gratuity of the base fare is preferred for the driver and is not included in the reservation price. Gratuity is optional. We do not proceed with any party or trip until the remaining balance is received. Once payment is received, the party proceeds as scheduled, subject to the booking agreement. We do not accept check payments. Obtain a receipt for all payments. If a deposit payment is declined or reversed, the unpaid amount remains due. Any processing or returned payment fee must be lawful and separately disclosed and accepted in advance.

4. Schedule and extra time Client or passenger delays do not extend the scheduled end time. Extra time and route changes require driver and Company approval, vehicle availability, and compliance with driver work limits. Approved overtime is billed at the rate and increment completed on page 1. The Client must approve the extra time and estimated charge in writing, including by text, before it begins. If no extension is approved, the trip ends as scheduled. The driver may adjust a route for safety or road conditions.

5. Company cancellation or interruption The Company will promptly notify the Client of a breakdown, unsafe weather, road closure, or other event affecting service. A substitute vehicle or rescheduled date requires Client approval. If the Company cancels before service starts and the Client does not accept an alternative, all payments for that trip, including the deposit, will be refunded. If service is materially interrupted and cannot be completed, the Company will refund the unused portion of prepaid transportation, based on reserved hours and the service actually provided. This provision does not apply to termination caused by Client or passenger misconduct under section 10 and does not limit remedies provided by law. No unsafe trip is required.

6. Passenger count and itinerary The quoted fare includes up to 30 passengers. Each approved passenger above 30 is $10 per trip, subject to page 1. The maximum is the lower of the verified permitted capacity of the assigned bus and 50 passengers. A larger group requires a separately booked additional vehicle. Paying an extra fee never permits overloading. The driver may refuse boarding beyond permitted capacity. Destination admission, parking, tolls, and other charges are included only if listed on page 1; additional purchases require Client approval.

7. Payment security A secure card authorization or payment link may be required at booking. Do not place a full card number or security code on this agreement or send it by ordinary email or text. This agreement does not by itself authorize unrestricted card charges. Any stored card charges require a separate, specific authorization and an itemized receipt.

1. Booking confirmation A reservation is confirmed after the Company receives the $100 deposit, and the signed booking agreement and sends written confirmation. Before boarding, the Client must share the passenger rules, provide the guest list and collect and provide parental permissions for every minor as explained on page 4. Report passenger changes to the driver. Passenger Rules and Client Acceptance

8. Safe conduct Follow the driver’s safety instructions. Remain seated while the bus is moving and use provided seat belts. Dancing and use of poles are permitted only while parked and when approved by the driver. Keep aisles and exits clear. Do not lean out of windows, throw objects, tamper with doors or emergency equipment, or distract the driver. Board and exit only when the vehicle is stopped and the driver authorizes it. Report injuries, hazards, and illness immediately.

9. Prohibited conduct and alcohol No weapons, illegal substances, fighting, threats, harassment, smoking, or vaping are allowed. The Company does not sell, provide, or serve alcohol. Guest supplied alcohol is permitted only with Company approval and where lawful for the particular vehicle and route. Only persons age 21 or older may possess or consume alcohol under this policy; no one may furnish alcohol to anyone under 21. Proof of age may be required; refusal may result in denial of alcohol or boarding. No alcohol may be taken outside the bus during the trip. No glass containers are permitted. The driver may refuse boarding or alcohol consumption where safety is at risk. Nothing transfers the Company’s legal duties to passengers.

10. Refusal and termination The driver may refuse boarding, stop service, or remove a passenger for a safety threat, severe intoxication, illegal activity, or serious rule violation. When misconduct by the Client or group requires trip termination, the unused fare is forfeited to the extent permitted by law. The driver will stop at a reasonably safe, lawful location and seek emergency assistance when appropriate; a minor or incapacitated person will not knowingly be abandoned without appropriate assistance. The Company will coordinate a safe handoff where practicable. The Client is responsible for arranging replacement transportation after misconduct termination, subject to applicable law.

12. Cleaning and damage The Client agrees to pay reasonable, documented repair or replacement costs for damage or theft caused by the Client or members of the Client’s group, excluding normal wear, preexisting damage, and damage attributable to the Company. Vomit cleanup is $100 per occurrence. Additional extraordinary cleaning or vehicle downtime may be charged only for reasonable, documented costs actually caused by the group, without duplicate recovery. The Company will provide photographs or other evidence and an itemized invoice. The Client may inspect the bus and record existing damage before departure. Invoice questions should be raised promptly; lawful dispute rights remain available.

13. Legal rights and complete agreement Transportation and boarding involve risks such as sudden stops, falls, and illness. Safety acknowledgment is not a release of legal rights. Nothing excludes or limits liability for physical injury, intentional or gross fault, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. The Client signs for the Client’s own obligations and does not waive another passenger’s claims. Louisiana law governs, subject to applicable federal law. Pages 1–3 and signed written amendments form the booking agreement; changes require both parties’ agreement. An invalid provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions where lawful. Electronic signatures and copies may be used as permitted by law. 11. Minors and personal property Minors require adult supervision and parent/legal guardian permission under page 4. Arrange needed child restraints or accommodations before booking. Passengers must safeguard their belongings and check the bus before leaving. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not responsible for items lost, stolen, damaged, left on the bus, or not found or recovered. Return or recovery is not guaranteed. Report missing items promptly; the Company will reasonably assist with items actually found. The Company is not responsible for another passenger's or an independent third party's negligence or misconduct, except where law imposes responsibility on the Company. This does not excuse the Company's or its employees' own conduct or exclude liability protected under section 13.
